1. This prize draw (“the Prize Draw”)is organised by La Perla Global Management (UK) Ltd. (“La Perla”), of 23 Savile Row, London W1S 2ET, United Kingdom, a company registered in England & Wales with registered number 07125773.

The winner is entitled to a bra and briefs each month for 12 months.

2.The prize can be selected from 17th April 2021 and will end on 16th April 2022.

3. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

4. The maximum prize value for the 12 month period is €5,000.

5. The winner will be contacted monthly by La Perla and asked for two chosen styles. If a style is not available, the winner will be required to select an alternative.

6. The prize will be despatched monthly to the winner’s chosen address.

7. If a winner does not respond to La Perla within 7 days of being notified and/or refuses to provide La Perla with the required postal address, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and La Perla will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8. La Perla reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

9. La Perla is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will use your personal information only for the purpose of the Prize Draw in accordance with these T&C and the La Perla’s Privacy Policy which is available on La Perla’s website.

10. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by La Perla to administer the competition.

11. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. La Perla reserves the right to update these T&C from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on www.laperla.com.
